Soufiane El Bakkali achieves the best world performance of the year in Monaco

The athlete signed the best performance of this ninth stage of the Diamond League.

Realizing a time of 8min 04sec 82/100th, the vice-champion of the world, sacred in London, finished winner of the Meeting of Monaco for the second year in a row. He was ahead of Kenyan Benjamin Kigen, who clocked a time of 8min 05sec 12/100th and took revenge on the winner of the International Mohamed VI meeting in Rabat Ethiopian Wale Getnet, who came third with a time of 8min 05sec .51/100th.
