Katie Moon is one of the finest pole vaulters of her generation, with a career defined by outstanding performances. Her greatest achievement to date is winning the Olympic gold medal at the Tokyo Games in 2021 with an impressive 4.90-meter vault. But Katie Moon didn’t stop there. She also claimed the Diamond League Final title, became world champion in 2022, and successfully defended her title by finishing tied with Australian athlete Nina Kennedy.
